1. General Provisions

This privacy policy is prepared in accordance with the Federal Law of July 27, 2006 No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” and defines the order of processing of personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data, taken by Individual Entrepreneur Yegoryev Evgeny Ivanovich (hereinafter referred to as the Operator).

2.8. Personal data – any information relating directly or indirectly to a specific or determinable User of the website https://promagin.com/;
2.9. User – any visitor to the website https://promagin.com/;
2.10. Provision of personal data – actions aimed at disclosing personal data to a certain person or a certain circle of persons;
2.11. Distribution of personal data – any actions aimed at disclosing personal data to an indefinite circle of persons (transfer of personal data) or to familiarize an indefinite circle of persons with personal data, including publication of personal data in the media, placement in information and telecommunications networks or providing access to personal data in any other way;

3. The Operator may process the following personal data of the User

3.2. Phone number;
3.3. Email address;
3.4. Delivery address;
3.5. Also on the website, anonymous data about visitors (including “cookies”) are collected and processed using the services of Internet statistics (Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics and others).
3.6. The above data are further combined in the Policy under the general concept of Personal Data.

4. Purposes of personal data processing

4.1 The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to conclude, execute and terminate civil law contracts; to provide the User with access to services, information and/or materials contained on the website https://promagin.com/; to clarify order details; to subscribe to newsletters; to order a call-back; to request the placement of an order, etc.
